Hayley Andersen
Director
Hayley is a business professional with 20 plus years of experience in financial, business and supply chain management across a wide range of industries including fabrication, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, rail, civil construction and labour-hire.
Hayley is a hands-on professional with a hardworking and solutions-focussed mentality. Her experience means she can quickly identify and address issues and implement more efficient working methods and improve finance functions that support business and project operations.
She is dedicated to building strong customer relationships while ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
James McRae
General Manager
James has over 20 years of experience as a Hyperbaric Welder and Saturation Diver. Working on oil and gas pipelines globally, from the North Sea, Gulf of Mexico & Thailand, to the North West Shelf and Bass Strait. James has a strong background in supervising welding operations and brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to the fabrication industry. Throughout his career, he has consistently prioritised safety, precision, and efficiency. His experience as a saturation diver and hyperbaric welder has enabled him to excel in challenging conditions, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
As a coded welder, James has developed exceptional technical skills, particularly in maintaining the structural integrity of critical infrastructure within the oil and gas sector. In addition, as a welding supervisor on both maintenance and major greenfield projects, he has successfully led welding teams, ensured compliance with stringent industry standards, and managed complex project timelines.
